Nowadays, food is one of the most important parts of our daily life; nonetheless, most parts of us do not care about that since just there is a little part who already have developed an equilibrated diet, usually, we prefer the 'modern food' like snacks, soft drinks, sodas, etc. but taking advantage of the millenary food culture in Peru, I present this, not so known dessert, called 'Gelatina de para de res' or ,translated to English language, 'Cow's leg's Jelly'.
