Nowadays, food is one of the most important parts of our daily life; nonetheless, most parts of us do not care about that since just there is a little part who already have developed an equilibrated diet, usually, we prefer the 'modern food' like snacks, soft drinks, sodas, etc. but taking advantage of the millenary food culture in Peru, I present this, not so known dessert, called 'Gelatina de para de res' or ,translated to English language, 'Cow's leg's Jelly'. In this way, this hopes to promote the consuming of that dessert as it posses many healthy components:
Good morning, It was noticed your work was fruitful, done in a diligent way, that is why the information about Cow`s leg was so necesssary to make me think about how it could be boosted in our society, as the proposals you showed; but If I were you, I would have also added how this proyect will be viable and overall constant for long time, since that is the main purpose of this. In the other hand, it should be consumed by adults and older people as well, since joints in our body used to got weared, due to the lack of collagen.
ReplyDeleteGood afternoon, I got delighted with the information you has presented, because an important point to know is how much better the product is in contrast to others; likewise I really appreciate what the project want to achieve and the ways you are taking account to do it, for example, the creative presentation of the jelly. However I consider that it would have been better if you had projected that proposal for elder people too, since the objective of proposing a new product is to get people interest into consume this, and as it is known the collagen is a new way to fight osteoarthritis.Finally I congratulate you on your interesting proposal.
ReplyDeleteGood night, just to highlight the information that you present us, because I am aware that people should know about the importance of some products that apparently have no nutritional importance. According to their presentation, cow legs contain collagen, which would be very important for older people who suffer from joint problems, so they should also be informed as it contributes to their knowledge of healthy food. To finalize your initiative, it is up to me to know and inform people in my environment about the nutritional value of cow paw jelly glass, therefore I thank you and encourage you to continue.

ReplyDeleteHello Jose, I have no words to express how happy I feel for finding a so good structured proposal project. I think the way you put the information is so clear and attractive that is able to call wholly my attention all through the slides. On the other hand, I find truly interesting the fact about the power of cow's leg consume to reduce signs of osteoporosis and bone fragility, but I would like to know if "cow's leg" can be eaten from a calf, I mean, a little babe cow, thanks for your exceptional work.
